Hi Steve,
I am suffering from severe pain irritation,,, discomfort in the thorasic and cervical spine areas for the past two years unabated.I have the pain everyday sometime mild than again severe. If I bend my head foward I feel the dull naging irritation and pain. When I type, read, tie shoelaces ,chop wood, open a draw,, play golf even do river fishing I experience the irritation. I went to chiropracters for soft tissue manipulation ,have tried a soft collar ,heat and ice treatments. Went for acupuncture (6 sessions) went to a massages (10 sessions) went to a lady at gym for muscle activation . Went to neuro surgon who sent me for 2 MRI scans of cervical spine It showed mild disc protusion and normal degeneration. I have no referal pain in arms or legs. This baffle neuro. He performed rhizotomy(injected cortisone C3,4,5,6 and7 and muscles left side next to these areas but I am still in pain it did not help.,Suffer at times from muscle spasm and have tried anti inflammatories.Chiro suggested I now do MRI of thorasic. Can you give advice? Could my problem be Eagle Syndrome? I am living in South Africa

Hi Nadan,
Have you tried my technique for getting instant back pain relief using the double balls? That will target the muscles I expect are really locked up and causing that. You might need golf balls rather than rubber balls though.

Hi Steve,
Hope you enjoy good health. I note that the rubber balls are bigger than the golf balls should i only use two golf balls?
