Knee pain
« on: January 24, 2017, 01:58:28 PM »
I had a crush accident to my left ankle 18 months ago with my foot almost amputated [just hanging on by not much more than about 5centremetres of skin]. Very capable doctors put the bones back together and took the muscle from my inner thigh and put around my ankle and saved my foot. I went from wheel chair to hopper to crutches but with the extra pressure on my right leg, my right knee, which I had injured about 3 years ago, became very sore making it really painful trying to move around and painful at night.

I couldn't get into the physiotherapist when I wanted , so decided to try massaging my leg myself as  I had recently received the information from Steve.  I watched some of his videos and I massaged my right leg several times each day and by the third day most of the knee pain had gone and I am absolutely delighted to report that I can now move around without pain from my right knee.  I am still on crutches because of my injured ankle so there is still extra pressure on my right leg but my knee is fine. I am so very appreciative of the information from Steve.
