With the cat scan following Sciatica attack it showed osteoarthritis lower back .
A GP client has advised me to continue playing tennis would not be advised with strain on the back .

So I have taken her advice and given it away .At work making sure I Walk around the block in the afternoon with sitting in front of a computer .

Also walking and jogging at the oval .

Any advice would be appreciated .
