Due to the problem of spam images being posted I have had to limit the posting to Private Members only. How do you become a PM? Purchase the self treatment program for back pain and sciatica sufferers or the home massage course.

If you want to include an image with your post, there are two ways to do it.

If the image is on the Internet, just enclose the URL in [ img ] tags: for example

[ img ] http://www.myotherapy.com.au/images/logo_front.gif  [ /img ]

gives

n.b. the tags must be used without spaces

The second option is for an image that you have on your computer.
When making a post, below the message box there is a link that says 'Additional Options'. Click it, use the 'Attach' option  and browse to the location of the file you wish to attach.
Click 'more attachments' if you want to attach more than one file.
