Strength Training

Hi Steve,

I need to do some strength training to improve my bone density. Is there anything you can recommend to do, starting at a low intensity? I have had various suggestions, but don't want to interfere with my current good results (back-wise) from regularly doing yoga, pool exercises and self-treatment.

Hi Cathy, I think the best way to strengthen your back and core is with the Bioflex but you have said you are more interested in the inversion machine and you can use this as well but I would also add core strength exercises lots of which you can find on the internet.
