In the SLM programe I am unable to stand against the wall because of the excruciating pain in my right leg. Is there any other way to do the warm up excercise. We don't possess a bath to warm up in.

Hi thelma,

If you watch the bonus support videos you should have access to it explains that you can just do the floor exercises and use the rubber ball on the hips/ glutes and errector spinae muscles until you get pain free and can bring the wall sit in.

I am an athlete and I got a pain in my right leg. It is a severe pain and I don't know how to get rid from it. My trainer also suggested some treatment but have no result. Anyone can suggest me some quick treatment?

You need to describe the pain and when it happens for me to know what advice to give you.
