Hi Steve
I'm a cyclist and mountain bike rider who's developed lower back pain and sciatica. I've stopped cycling for about 3 weeks now - i was getting a deep tissue massage about once a month for a while, but perhaps something's been missed (after reading your bad back book). I was just wondering what advice would you have as to whether i can / should keep cycling. I have ordered a copy of your yoga dvd, and am hoping to get myself off to a SLM therapist - what else should i be doing? Any help much appreciated

Cyclists put a lot of pressure on their quadreceps and can creat an imbalance that causes the pelvis to tilt forward and set off sciatica. Get the SLM therapist to do the deep release technique on the quads and see how that goes.
