How do you feel about using the ball directly over the affected area in an L5 S1 sciatic pain situation?
Could it help reduce the swelling by bringing blood flow into the area?

Thanks,
Will

Hi Will,

I recommend against it because if you don't know what you are doing you could end up making things worse. It is what I would do personally though.

Regards
Steve
