I have been off work for five weeks, three of those in bed as I could not put weight on my right leg, but thanks to u Mr S lockhart Iam going back to work Monday.
As I have been off for so long will be taking it very easy and shall be addressing your morning and evening exercises every day so I can rid myself of this Unforgiving pain once and for all.
I have a sacn scheduled for the 22 April and we will see what they have to say, the doc I saw some weeks ago seem to think I have a prolasped disc as I have been in some very very bad pain but I will let you know the outcome as soon as Iam told.
Once again Steve Many Mnay thanks for your advice on this matter and your skill dealing with muscals.

Warm regards Steve Watts.
