upper back spinal compression

My problem is a spinal compression on t8. Cracks and is inflammed 24/7 for over 2 years. 25 percent compression after x-rays.
Doctor told me it was for life. Anysuggestions

1.Improve the circulation to the area by fixing the erector spinae muscles especially around the compression would be a good start.
2. Don't believe your doctors gloom and doom assessment. What he meant to say was he couldn't do anything for it. He can't speak for anyone else.
