twitching during SLM bodywork?
« on: August 02, 2008, 03:56:50 AM »
When I get prodded too deep, there's a reflex reaction that has other parts of my body twitch, mainly my shoulders. Franco hasn't seen this before, have you?

Any clues? It's not a problem, just strange.

Thanks!

Love,

Ed I guess you are saying the deep work causes you some pain and you are reacting to that. This is normal. If you are saying there is no pain and there is an involuntary twich of a seemingly unrelated area I have seen this on rare occasions. Mainly working down the anterior tibialis muscle in the front of the shin causing movement of the head.

Regards
Steve

Yes, it just seems to be a reaction to the pain. It's not a big deal, it passes quickly. Franco hadn't seen it much so I thought I'd ask.

Will keep coming back :)

Thanks again,

Love,

  Ed
