Sciatica/Pain when walking
« on: September 24, 2009, 01:02:40 AM »
I have just been told by my GP that I have Sciatica.  The pain in my legs has been occuring for many months and causing a lot of problems when out walking.  When getting up from a sitting position find it difficult to get moving.  Are there any exercises that I can do whilst sitting down, to make it easier to get up, and lesson the pain? :(

I'd guess the problem is in your legs Susie and my SLM Yoga would work well for that also the ball work in the guide book to release the hips and buttock areas and that will also flow on down to the legs.
