morning pain & stiffness

can anyone give me some advice on the best way to avoid causing severe lower back spasms 1st thing in the morning ? i use the 2 ball technique b4 bed & it is terrific but i still wake up stiff & feeling as if that tell tale stabbing sensation could debilitate me any moment, ive had several bad spasms this time of day, thanx, Darren.

Darren if you go to bed feeling great and wake up stiff it has to be your bed. I suspect it is too soft or perhaps one of the legs is broken causing your body to sag on one side.
