How do you decide what's best?
« on: March 17, 2009, 10:55:38 PM »
Hi

Over my 4 years of chronic back pain i have had tons of physio, massage, accupunture, various injections,a decompression and loads of different meds which have all not helped at all.
Thats why i am ready for something new!
I am really worried to try something different as my back is so sore to the touch my physio has had to give up many atime as it's been too painful to manipulate aqnd of course there is always that fear of being worse off than when you started.

How is the best way to decide what treatment to try next?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sorting through the masses of information isn't easy Sherry and that is why I wrote The Bad Back Book to explain it so you will know the answer to the question you ask. I suggest you read it by downloading your free copy here www.backpain.com.au

Hi Steve i have already downloaded your book and read through it twice since yesterday.

It is still so difficult because when it comes to treatment what suits one person may not suit another.
I am just worried on choosing a treatment and being worse off then when i started.

Many thanks

I totally know what you are saying Sherry but you have to move one way or another or your pain won't change. Try and make smart decisions and if you haven't already got the self treatment program consider it as a way to ensure you do that.
