Exercises, Yoga, etc.

Hi Steve,

Re: the special offer of $70 that you currently have, I'm really so un-coordinated that what may be so basic an exercise for someone, is really something I'm not able to do correctly by myself. What is the level of complexity of the yoga exercises in the package.

Also, are you ever down here in Melbourne?  Would you please consider visiting so we could also avail of your expertise.  Whilst I'm happy with my SLM myotherapy, I would still prefer of course to have a session or two with you.

Thank you.

Hi Clarinda, If you can lie on your back on the floor, put your body parts into certain positions and switch on certain muscles in an isometric contraction you could manage the SLM Yoga DVD. It is really that simple and very effective at retraining and rebalancing your muscles. The book that comes with the program also contains stacks of useful information and instruction and 14 self treatment exercises and techniques for people with a problem to work on. I really couldn't imagine anyone having trouble with it or not finding it very helpful but if you don't just return it for a full refund, that's my guarantee and I will stick by it.

As far as getting to Melbourne is concerned I don't imagine I will get back there until next year when I run a workshop but I don't see myself having time to see patients as well. Perhaps you need to plan a nice holiday in Sydeny with one of those cheap airfares that come up every so often, plenty of others have done that.

Sorry I couldn't be more accomodating but I am sooo busy here.

Regards
Steve

That is actually not true because some exercises under the weight of gravity increase the pressure and grind on a joint that is coming from muscle imbalances and causing inflammation and pain.
