Alkaline breakfast and meals.

Hi All,

I wasn't sure if this was the best place for this post but there doesn't appear to be a section for nutrition.

I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas for an alkaline breakfast and or other meals. I have tried oats soaked in unsweetened apple juice or soy milk with LSA and chia seeds. Both were quite nice. I think oats are on the acidic side but much better than other packaged wheat based cereals.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi Warren, nuts, grains or legumes are good for breakfast but you want protein as well. Try baked beans, sugar free muslie with Yoghurt, freshly juiced fruit or vege juice and even eggs scrambled or poached are good choices.
