Thanks for the link, as you are offering free downloads I have left the link for people who might be interested.

I have deleted the link to the second book because after a quick review I feel it contains a lot of incorrect information and I am not happy endorsing it in any way.

The first book (The mind Body Connection) is in my opinion probably relevant for 20% of sufferers. There are many who have definite physical problem though that needs dealing with on that level and thinking it is all in the mind is not a good thing. I would caution people to read this book with an open mind but make sure it relates to your case before following the advice.
