I`ve been doing Steve`s
Self Treatment Program for Back Pain Sufferers on and off for over 2 years and have had some success with it but have never fully committed myself to it so have got nowhere fast. I know it works just have never followed through and kept going for one reason or another.
I have included an email I had off another Board member that encouraged me to go to the BTS 3 day seminar. It was the best thing I have ever done!! I am now fully commited to regaining my health by following the
Self Treatment Program no matter what and am going to enjoy the process!!
