Burning feet from lower back pain

Hey all,

Doing the SLM Yoga program. I feel fairly stressed doing the deep squats to loosen up the lower back and hips. Usually a few hours later I get a burning sensation on the top of both feet and it usually lasts all day before going away the next day. So I stopped doing that move and do it in the pool without any problem. Was wondering if there was something more I can do to strengthen and stretch the lower back in or out of the pool?

Try the technique where you hang in deep water upright supported by a pool noodle and do a striding/ kicking action with your legs forward and back like you are going for a long run but with a kicking action rather than a running action.
