Hey steve,
Thank you very much for the quick reply, i found your advice to be of good help. You mentioned about getting balance and condition into the muscles supporting my lower vertebrea, what actions would i take to start doing this? i live in Melbourne Victoria on the eastern suburbs. What specialist do you believe would be the most beneficial to get me on the right track to recovery? is there a chance my condition can be fully cured?

thanks steve.

my diagnonsis is under my onlyother post under my user name in the lower back pain section

Hi Trent, you are lucky you live in Melbourne because I have some good therapists there who trained with me. You can find a list here www.myotherapy.com.au/find

If you would like to combine the SLM treatments with my self treatment program and exercises you will find you needs less of the hands on and will achieve faster results because you will be contributing to your recovery every day. www.backpain.com.au/selftreat

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Regards
Steve
