Lower Chronic Back Pain...
« on: January 10, 2009, 12:17:05 PM »
Hi, Everyone calls me Ms.Garcia. To start off, I just wanted everyone who reads my story  hopefully gets inspired. This is how it all began. I lived in New York City at the time of this incident. I was also pregnant from my youngest daughter and  I had a doctor's appointment that I needed to go for a sugar test. I couldn't miss this appointment. The night before it snowed about 4 inches. So, as a mother I got up, got ready and started to walk to my doctor's appointment, which was about 20 minutes walking distance. In the process of me walking, I slipped and fell on the ground where the snow had hidden the ice spot. I was 8 months pregnant diagnosed with diabetes. Well, the whole story is that I slipped and fell real hard on my bottom and hurt my lower back. The baby was fine. "Thanks to the Lord." I just bulged my lumbar discs L4 and L6 which the doctor's want to do surgery but I keep refusing. I'm very scared of getting this surgery. I suffer so much pain and it also attacks my knees, calves and also my ankles. I couldn't take any medication because of my pregnancy. A week later, With all GOD'S BLESSING. I had a healthy baby girl 10lbs-22inches long. The most beautiful baby in the whole wide world. My only daily problem is always suffering from severe pain and muscle spasms for the rest of my life from falling. I finally said, I need some kind of medication to help me cope with this pain and muscle spasms which were constantly there. When I had a newborn baby at home to take care of. I started to seek for some kind of help so I started to scroll through different websites on pain and muscle spasms. i found this website called ************xx.com Which they have a great category of different medications. Ever since, I ordered some medication for pain and muscle spasms I've been feeling a  :)lot better. I can finally do my daily activities again. I can finally do my daily activities again. I once now can say I feel back to normal. I totally suggest everyone who reads my story that it doesn't hurt for anyone to visit this website, where I found my help to ease my pain & muscle spasms. They also provide Fed-Ex overnight shipping. :)

Hi Ms Garcia, meds are not a revelation but as everyone knows they are a band aid solution that will mask your pain as your body continues to deteoriate and weaken. Eventually the meds will stop working and you will be left in a much worse situation, much more difficult to fix, if not also with other serious health issues caused by the side effects.

Secondly going straight to a web iste and ordering could be very dangerous as some meds don't suit some people or could react badly to something else you might be taking. Only a physician should prescribe meds for you and even then they should only be taken for a very short time whilst you seek the right treatment from a therapist who understands what is going on and can help take your pain away (a needle in a haystack sometimes I know).

Thanks for your community service Ms Garcia but I would encourage people to take control of the situation (their pain) themselves by understanding the problem, taking steps to help themselves with exercises and self treatment techniques and seeking out a skilled pain therapist who will listen to what you are saying and work with you to find a solution that will last.

Good luck.

Regards
Steve

Thank-you. It's been so hard for me when you don't have medical insurance. I always tried heat pads. Also, tried different natural remedies but no results. The only reason I shopped online is because I have no medical insurance and can't afford a doctor's consultation. Thank-you for your support and hope to hear from you soon. :)

Hi wrencipwegree,

I am afraid your height has nothing to do with when you get your periods and it sounds like this could well be the correct diagnosis. If it continues you shdoctor to have it checked out.

All the best
Steve
