Calf muscle pain

The centre of my pain is in my left calf muscle. Im using the SLM yoga dvd and it aches when I try to adopt the position resting on the heels (the one after the ballet squat). I generally dont feel pain when sitting but cant stand for long and I walk with a limp.

Is there anything I should concentrate on for this problem and is there anything I should avoid doing? (Should I force myself to adopt that position?)

Hi Hetrazom, the ball compression techniques in the glutes and hips re great for that problem and should make quite a difference instantly/ You could add the hamstring work as well. Make sure you do it thoroughly.
