Wondering if any body had shin down side leg above ankle it keeps throbbing

Just follow up on this I have L2/ 3 disc bulge which didn't bother me an L3/4 disc bulge that is on L4 nerve  an L4/5 4mm disc protrustion with disc fragment comproming  L4 nerve an L5 s1 disc bulge on s1 nerve but have been doing the program just exercise plus physo alot better I only had bad hip throbbing and lower back pain with a limp my back and hip pain not to bad but I shin really bothering me have done some ball release on it but at night is keeping me up I have to take pain killer to get to sleep also I trying to allivate the leg

Hi Joanna I'm sure the shin pain related to the disc problem butl for relief you could try and working with the ball points in the hip and glute area whilst lying on the floor as covered in the blue book.
