Hi steve

i have L2/3,L3/4,L4/5  hypointense protruded posteriorly
intact nerve roots
i am  53 old male
chief civil engineer
i need exercises to make my lumber area flexible
what your advice

The SLM Yoga is a good way to do that Hadi. It taps nto your deep muscles and gets the to release to help you restore mobility. You have probably found stretches don't do much expect perhaps irritate any pain you have there. You could also get in the water and do some repetitive gentle exercises. Lots of kicking with a noodle or kick board.
