Sciatica back

Hi Steve

I ve been managing my back and leg pain since June. finding out that part of the
cause was a B12 deficiency,  felt better when my levels came up.
I still practiced the SLM yoga occassioinally. By November the sacrum pain had returned
but mucle pain was no longer in the hips and the sciatic. It was my leg mucles in the
gluts area that gave me great pain while sitting. I recently found a therapist that started
IMS treatments which started out with great releif. now I am feelling something I have not felt in
11 months. Sciatica in the left and right legs. The pain is overwhelming. I find hot baths with salts
help somewhat. I guess I am looking for more relief as the tennis balls are doing a thing,
and am hoping that this IMS treatment will eventually work

Hi Murray, that sounds like a problem that is originating in the legs so hopeully that is where most of the work is being directed. If not it may explain why you haven't had a fast f.

If you can see an SLM therapist they should be able to give you the right treatment but if not get the therapist to release the leg muscles and take the twist/ rotation out of the pelvis.
