sciatic pain

Hi steve, i have just had my first bout of sciatic pain which is ok in the mornings, but really kicks in in if i do any exercise and is particularly bad at night.  have been taking temazepam to get to sleep as panadol and ibuprofen don't help. pain starts in upper buttock area and goes to knee. does all this sound like sciatic nerve pain or could it be something else.  also, if i start on your program, how long should it be before i see some results. just a typical guess would be good. i am going on a cruise in 5 weeks and i am an active fun loving 50 yo who wants to dance, play sport and have fun with my 5 yo. am not ready for these aches and pains!!

Hi D,

Often people get results with the program within a few days of using it and some even immediately. Everyone is different so there are no guarantees and that is why I offer money back if you are not happy. I have had very few returned as most people get good results.

The massage chair should help but obviously it depends somewhat on what is causing your pain. From you saying it gets worse as the day goes on, it would indicate you have roblem with your pelvis alignment and if the problem is in L5/ S1 it is most likely a rotated pelvis and if L4/ L5 problem it is likely a tilted pelvis. If it is both sides and in a segement above the sacrum it is more likely the massage chair will help.
