Fixing Your Back Pain Forever

Have you had had some back pain for many years, tried a few different things but never seemed to be able to get rid of it?

It can be so frustrating Ö pain that keeps coming back, maybe prevents you from doing stuff in your life. Itís a really common problem

Being a medical doctor myself I guess I have some credibility in saying this: doctors are generally bad at treating back pain. Honestly I think they just donít know what to do! Doctors donít have the complete training of all the options that are available. This does not mean you should not see a doctor. You MUST see a doctor at first, because conventional medical doctors are the only people who can treat certain causes of back pain. However this is only the first step and many people will find they have to go elsewhere to find solutions. In my experience actually there is no one cure all for back pain issues, BUT there are a lot of things you can do and if you work at it, I believe you will find a solution.

Personally Iíve had upper (thoracic) back pain since I was a teenager. A very sharp pain that would come on when sitting for long periods. And then when it came on there was almost nothing I could do to get rid of it. And also lower back pain that initially was from an injury but then stayed for several years.

I found a solution which has totally fixed the pain. And I truly believe that if you work at it you will also find a solution.

I am sure you don't have to be a doctor to know they are very bad at fixing back pain but unfortunately doctors don't recognise their limitations and usually prescribe drugs to treat symptoms or physical therapy which is another way of treating symptoms that rarely works once the back or sciatica problem is chronic.

The most important thing for people with chronic back pain or sciatica to do is diagnose why they have their pain and there is lots of free information around to help you do that if they search the internet.

I would always advise people do this before wasting their money and time seeing someone who claims to have all the answers because they were able to fix their own pain, because everybody is different and no one treatment works 100% of the time, including what I do.

I have found that by taking an holistic approach and looking at all aspects of your lifestyle, especially your physical body and the imabalances that may have accumulated over the years, you can greatly reduce your stress levels and pain.

If you haven't already done so I'd encourage you to click on the ad on the right side of this page and try out the free technique I demonstrate on video to get instant relief. This will at least tell you if your physical body is playing a big part in your pain and give you some direction on finding the best solution for YOU.

I provide lots of free information as a follow on from this video including a free download of my book The Bad Back Book plus free access to a 60 minute talk I did on everything you need to know about back pain and sciatica. This information has provided answers for a large percentage of back pain and sciatica sufferers but if it isn't what you need, at least you have been able to eliminate this at no cost instead of spending hundreds of dollars and hours of time with a therapist to find that out.

Steve

Low back pain:
« Reply #2 on: March 17, 2010, 10:29:48 PM »
Hi,

Low back pain almost always involves restricted spinal movement. Accurate joint mobilisation techniques are the most effective way of restoring natural pain free movement to spinal segments. Many people believe that joint manipulation has to be painful and aggressive, this is not the case. Joint mobilisation techniques are based on the latest research from New Zealand, Australia, USA and the UK. They are gentle, non aggressive and highly effective. Very often this technique will restore full pain free range of movement in just one session.

Thanks

Joint mobilization is just a good way to throw your money away as it is just treating the symptom and does nothing for the long term relief. You need to treat the cause as explained in my information on this site.

I love it.  Dr's are not great at treating back pain, haha.  If only people knew this before going through so much surgery.  I actually worked in X-Ray most of my life and I had one surgeon pull me aside and say "Drs aren't good at fixing back pain, they're good at taking money to try to fix it" haha.  He did say there are certain conditions and surgeries that have good success rates though.  It just depends on your condition I think.
