1.   sit straight
2.   get up and move around regularly
3.   change your sitting position
4.   your hip exercises regularly
5.   stand up correctly, always with a straight upper back
6.   use both sides of your body to carry if not using a backpack
7.   lift items using your knees
8.   get your weaker side to work more
9.   place the computer screen straight in front of yourself
10.   your neck exercises, especially when working in the same position the whole day
11.   drink enough water
12.   lose excess weight
13.   exercise on a regular basis
