do you know suspension training?

i was very lazy in the last time, i didnt do a lot of sports because i had to work very long. now i want to start with strengthening my musculature of trunk cause i dont want to get back pain. a friend told me that suspension training would be a good possibility. i havent heard of this before. can you tell me whether this is an effective training method?

Any full body training is good for strength but for back pain sufferers I recommend they don't do too much strength work until they get their body rebalanced.
