To sum it up what you need to do is put strength and balance back into your muscles so there are no pressure spots causing inflammation and pain. This can be simple or difficult depending on a number of things and that is why I give away a copy of my Bad Back Book for free so you can understand the whole story. Go here to get a copy, www.backpain.com.au/freebook.htm

Good luck,
Steve

Use Adjustable beds

I would suggest you to use adjustable motorized beds to cure your back problem permanently. By using such electric beds you can have relief from backache and comfortable sleep. Even Doctors suggested me to use adjustable beds for homecare treatments during my lower back pain. Surprisingly it was relaxing and helped a lot to cure my back-pain.

Hi,

Try a chiropractor and/or deep muscle massage. I have a similar sounding muscle/shoulder pain several years ago, so I went and had a massage. It was incredible. Honestly, the massage was a small painful, but once it was over, I was so incredibly relaxed and the pain went away. I hope you get some relief soon!

Thanks
