The aim of the Bad Back Book is to give you an insight into how you can go about fixing your back pain. It covers a brief summary of everything I have learnt in nearly 20 years of full time practice in my SLM Bodywork clinic.

that time nearly every case you could
possibly imagine
has walked through my door and although what I do certainly
doesn’t work for
everybody, the majority of people who come in, left without pain or
with a
lot more hope and direction on how to get pain free.
