Found videos full of motivation and reality. Have been going to chiro and physiotherapy for stiff neck and shoulders and sciatic pain and I realise that none of them have tackled my problem as you did. Thanks and I am sure I will find free video very interesting.
God Bless the work you do or whoever you believe in.
Thanks
Susan from Malta

I congratulate Steve on having the nous to realise that the internet is a huge market and by taking full advantage of all the web has to offer, Steve has been able to help a larger number of people than he could ever physically handle if they walked through his office door.
It is only by utilising every possible resource available that true success can be achieved.
Thank you for thinking “outside the box” when it comes to treatment and education.
Cheers!
Laurence.

hello
My name is matt and i have found your videos very helpful and interesting. I have a question for you, i suffer from something you probably havent heard of before. It’s called arm pump it is something that is known to motorbike riders. It is where you will be riding and your arms build up with blood and it gets to the point where its like i have done push ups to the point where i cant do them anymore and this happens to me after about 1 lap of racing. I have heard that it is caused by blood entering your arms and not leaving them. I have been to doctors etc, i have had ct scan on my back to see if there was nerves out of place and there wasnt. Most doctors dont even know what it is or how to fix it. I heard you say that muscles are linked and if one is weak it can cause fatigue to the other and i just want to say that my back plays up on me but i am a fit 15 year old kid. You might think it is a strength problem but it is not i dont mean to sound corny but to prove that fact i am the strongest kid in my school. Maybe this might be something to do with it as a have big arms. I am at the point where i am giving up racing and i am very dissapointed and i would do anything to find a cure if there is any suggestions you can give me i will be very happy. Thankyou very much

Hi Matt,
Deep tissue massage should fix this problem but especially to the muscles supporting the spine, in fact full body would be best. You just need to improve the circulation pathways around the whole body and allow to blood to move freely.
