Relief at last

Hello Steve

I have tried to contact you twice via the forum however for some reason it wouldn't submit. Anyway after struggling to complete the isometric excercises of the self treatment program because of extreme tightness and weakness in the right leg I followed your advice and contacted a Remedial Massage Therapist.

After seeing him over a period of the last 6 weeks I feel I am well and truly on the road to being fully recovered. My issue was L5 S1 sciatic pain extending to mid calf on right leg. It occurred in early december.

I was unable to get in and out of the car, lift my right leg or cross it over, do up my shoe laces or even dress properly without pain or help. I had very little strength in my right leg. I was able to lift and felt fine from the waist up however from the hip down on the right side I struggled and was as weak as a newborn.

So after receiving 6 treatments to release the tension in my quads, hamstrings, glutes, erector spinae and Psoas muscles I am finally able to move much more freely and do those simple tasks I referred to above. Every treatment I had was quite painfull but it was a good pain. I knew that it was relieving years of built up muscle tension in and around my back which resulted in bulged disc. I knew I was heading in the right direction feeling better after each treatment.

As you said it is diffucult to get the self treatment program done daily and I definitely fall into that category. However I take your point of it being critical to getting the circulation going to restoring proper function in the back. So I will be resuming the SLM treatment.

If I hadn't spotted your Instant Sciatic relief video in one of my desperate searches on line for answers I wouldn't have got the help or pain relief and release that I am enjoying now. Cant thank you enough Steve. Your bloods worth bottling mate. If I'm ever over your way I'm going to look you up and buy you a beer 😃

Once again thanks mate.

Kind Regards

Rodney Boyes

Ps. I will try again to put this in the forum. Or perhaps you can give me a tip.
